Realwear HMT-1 Service Pack (1 year) provides access to RealWear's 24/5 support services via telephone, email or web as follows: 4-hour support ticket first response time; RealWear Software support; and RealWear Software update support.
It also includes One (1) Hardware repair with a repair value of up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500) for the HMT-1.
